From an engineering perspective, BOV physically separates the active sunscreen lotion from the propellant using a multi-laminated aluminum barrier pouch inside the canister. Mineral particulate agglomeration is the chief cause of actuator clogging. We address this using a three-tier chemical engineering protocol: First, we utilize hydrophobically surface-treated, micro-dispersed zinc oxide powders with uniform primary particle sizing below 150nm suspended in synthetic polar emollients. We formulate with volatile light silicones (or sustainable plant-derived hemisqualane alternatives) paired with specialized micro-fine nebulizing actuators that produce a microscopic mist cloud (<30μm droplet spread upon deposition). The inclusion of hydrophobic silica silylates and polymethylsilsesquioxane absorbs excess sebum on contact, locking makeup into place with a shine-free matte finish while delivering SPF 30 or SPF 50 reapplication throughout the day.

Our two self-owned plants (Guangzhou Aoyan Cosmetics Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Xinzimei Cosmetics Co., Ltd.) operate fully automated aerosol filling lines installed in explosion-proof (ATEX-compliant) workshops with continuous infrared gas-leak detection sensors and positive-pressure laminar ventilation. Every aerosol container exiting our crimping station passes through a continuous hot water test bath (heated to 50°C / 122°F for a minimum of 3 minutes) to verify mechanical burst pressure resistance and inspect for micro-fissure leakage in compliance with UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods.
